Definitions:
Customer: The prospective purchaser of goods and services.
Quotation: The fixed price offer that cannot be changed once accepted by the customer.
Estimate: An approximate price that may change.
Order/Contract: A written agreement between Qubic and the customer to supply goods or products to a customer.
Installation/Works: Includes all carpentry work with the construction, fitting, dismantling, renovating and design and build of bespoke fitted furniture.
Quotations
Any quotation or estimate given to a customer by Qubic will be valid for a period of 30 days from the date of quotation or estimate.
Prices cannot be guaranteed after this date.
All estimates are subject to fluctuations in the prices of materials, and dependent on market prices at the time of purchase.
Liability
Because our furniture is made specially to your order, it is not possible to return it if not suitable. We cannot be held liable for conditions of use or storage within the customer’s house, which may affect the furniture in any way.
Cancellations
In the event of an agreed cancellation, the customer shall accept and pay all expenses that have been incurred up to the time of the cancellation.
